Needs to support chromatography equipment as application support.
Although some chromato equipment were sold in last year, we didn't have chromato equipment application specialist yet.(LCMS-MS to PMED . etc)
goes frequently to the customers who brought our analytical instrument and ask and helps what they need in operation.
Also goes new customer site for marketing the analytical instruments and general scientific apparatus.
Real-time reporting of progress in the implementation of task assignments and completion to Head of Department.
Participate in business meetings, seminars and trainings as required by the business.
Manage resources, monitor activities and assess environmental risk , safety and quality control associated with the program.
Identify issues, obtain relevant information, relate and compare data from different sources, and identify alternate solutions.
Deliver presentations suited to the characteristics and needs of the audience such as negotiating solutions among different parties, or providing expert testimony.
Monitor and ensure program/project meets specification and design.
Coordinate and administer programs/projects, activities and protocols and to manage resources, monitor activities and assess environmental safety, risks and quality control associated with the program.
To provide the necessary application support for customer analysis
Customer confidence in our company’s technical support.
To submit the relevant reports on the completion status of the responsible activities in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree- Chemistry (B.Sc, M.Sc, PhD), Chemical (BE, ME), Pharmaceutical Chemistry (Bachelor of Pharmacy), Biotechnology (B.Sc, M.Sc)
More than 5 years relevant field experience. (Such as laboratory/Research/QC Lab/ Instrument)
Analyzing the instrument parameter such as GC, GCMS, HPLC, LCMS
Detail oriented with excellent Technical skill, communication skills.
Strong leadership skill wth coaching, directing, mentoring and delegation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to travel frequently in and out of city.
