Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Producing conceptual design drawings for projects.
  • Creating the building detail design both by hand and using CAD application.
  • Assisting in preparing the drawings for submission to clients.
  • Support in submission architectural drawings depend on tendering.
  • Modifying the design drawing by the instruction of Design Group Leader.
  • Participating architectural teams in dimensional surveys of buildings.
  • Assist the team in checking the regulation of the designs, fire regulation and other cases in YCDC.
  • Producing and making detail design drawing by the instruction of supervisor.
  • Overseeing and handling the compliance with project specification.
  • Making sometimes check and follow up the design condition in Site Project.
  • Working closely with team and others department engineer such as construction and M&E engineer of project complement.
  • Preparing and developing layouts, elevations, cross sections in construction drawings by the need of the team.
  • Experiencing in using advanced software like CAD or Auto CAD in preparing architectural plans.

Job Requirements

  • More than (3) years’ experience in Architecture work.
  • Must have good experience as architect position in construction of architectural design company.
  • Prefer who have Bachelor degree in architect and have architect experience.
  • Must be age between 23 and 28 years.
  • Proficiency in using Auto CAD.
  • More preferable if can use Revit.
  • Have experience in providing Conceptual, Schematic and Detail Drawings.
  • Must have English communicative skill (Intermediate) and basic Computer Skill.
  • Must have experience in Design drawing work, Conceptual design work, schematic design work and detail design work.
  • Can Do the overtime depends on the work load.
  • The salary will be depended on the applicant's job knowledge and experience.
  • We prefer applicants who can join in short time.
