• To ensure the efficient and profitable running of all Gloria Jean’s Coffees in your designated area.
• To promote Gloria Jean’s Coffees, ensuring the highest standards of service, product and hygiene.
• Coach and develop leadership skills of outlet managers and make sure that they can apply the knowledge and skills to enhance business performance
• Monitor and maintain the highest level of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Q.S.C. standard to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints and ensure issues or problems have been completely solved.
• Support operation manager with DSR, Inventory, wastage and sales reports
• Communicate to all outlet managers in the assigned area.
• Make sure that all managers have a clear understanding of their Target and are in the same business objective and direction.
• Ensure that all team members are well trained and passed all training processes
• Leading and participating with teams to achieve results by planning, executing projects and tasks.
• To organize regular meetings with management to discuss about business updates, issues and opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Any Bachelor Degree Holder, Marketing or Business Management Preferred.
• Proven experience in customer relationship management
• Management and leadership skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles
• Sound understanding of optimization of store operations and standards for success
• Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
