Job Description

Responsible for communicating with branches and compiling monthly all the branches’ P&L and BS related GL reports; Ensure the team works effectively to meet targets and monthly reporting deadlines. Responsible for reconciliation of inter branch accounts, reconciliation of the respective GLs and bank statements, posting accounting and journal entries to all the branches and functions centralised from Finance Function to meet organizational requirements and objectives.

Provide and maintain the BS and P&L GLs of all the branches/functions
Reconcile inter branch accounting and other GLs within functions and branches
Reconciling the accounts and reports between two reporting systems
Produce daily/weekly/monthly bank reconciliation
Pass daily accounting/journal entries to all the branches/functions
Make sure all the accounting records are filed orderly
Communicating with all the branches in terms of monthly reporting
Compiling all the branches reports and reconcile with consolidated accounts
Ensuring Compliance to regulatory requirements, company policy and procedures
Assisting in period end and year end closing accounting matters
Liaising with third parties or branch manager or regional in charge
Support and coordinate with external auditor in order for annual audit process and review audited report, and
Other ad hoc duties as prescribed by the Senior Finance Team to assist in achieving Finance Function objectives.

Part-Qualified Chartered Accountant being holder of ACCA or equivalent
4 years overall experience in leadership positions with 2 years’ experience in financial/management accounting environment
