- Create and execute a strategic plan for brand development.
- Work with Brand Principals to deliver brand positivity, market expansion, product launch and sales growth.
- Coordinate and collaborate with different cross functional departments to bring result.
- Identify opportunities and market trends of fashion to maximize market penetration for Retail, Wholesales, E-commerce and Distribution through product segmentation strategies.
- Build the systematic workflow and process.
- Monitor stock movements and analyze sales figures, trends, regional variations, customer requirements and purchasing behavior to accurately forecast future sales and thus stock requirements.
- Manage and communicate a weekly sell-in, sell-out, sell-through process to maximize effective of merchandising decision making.
- Determine the right pricing strategies for retail and wholesale to meet targeted profits.
- Manage aging stock sell through and promotional markdown to protect profitability and delivery of end-GP targets.
- Managing weekly size, range and assortment analysis for repeats and new season collections.
- Manage and develop a rolling 12-month product launching, e-commerce and digital marketing plan.
- Analyze merchandising reports and shipment analysis to review business results and develop appropriate strategies to capitalize on business strengths and impact deficiencies.
- Build in-depth understanding on the insight of targeted customers.
- Perform sales, profit and gap analysis to support buying decision making and optimal utilization of space.
- Manage the ‘Open to buy’ (OTB) to increase flexibility throughout the season.
- Manage the critical path from product ordering to store delivery to ensure stock is delivered as planned.
- Liaising with supply chain team and suppliers to ensure POs are in line with the critical path and ensure shipments are arrived according to plan.
- Ensure professional service cycle from order to delivery to payment collection by coordinating with Suppliers, Logistics Department and Finance Department.
- Review sales, space, stock, profit performance and trends to maximize sales and margin.
- Lead and manage Merchandising Team, Sales Team and Retail Team to meet their individual KPIs.
