-        Responsible for monthly sale achievement

-        To monitor daily process of merchandizers and manage the team to achieve company goals

-        To manage needed execution plan according to business strategy

-        To monitor stock movements, sale analysis and manage sale forecast plan

-        To manage frontline process and achieve the process in shop expansion

-        To collaborate with related team for brand development and build the systematic workflow and process

-        To analysis overall business performance

-        To assist Brand Manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy

-        To prepare Sale meeting, Quarterly meeting and Strategy Meeting

-        To contribute ecom and marketing meeting

-        To communicate with China factories & oversea supplier to know new solutions & products

-        To study the visible & invisible JTBD, pain & define expected gain for new prodcuts

-        To research & propose potential hero items are decided 

-        To turn fast into capital cash if wrong product is produced ( fail fast, fail cheap )

- Any bachelor degree or related diplomas

- Manage needed execution plan of brand strategy 

- Manage grow team to achieve staff's goal and company's goal

- Solid understanding and knowledge of the fashion,beauty or retail industries is required

- Up to date on groundbreaking fashion trends and innovative creative implementaions

- Results-oriented, organized, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate others

- Minimum IELTS 5.5 English Skills and above
