• Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
• Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
• Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
• Contact with media agencies, distributors, internal and consumer
• Manage budgets
• Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
• Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies

Job Requirements

• Any Graduate
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in Brand Management Field from FMCG
• Experience in Brand Management is preferable.
• Strong leadership skill and High motivation skill
• Coaching skills and Good presentation skills
• Consumer marketing knowledge and Consumer relationship
• Good command of English, Strong computer skills, presentation skills and creativity
• Self- motivated, productive and dynamic to meet the challenging targets.
