Job Description

1. Driving volume to achieve company goals and objectives
2. Responsible to perform receive, prepare ,verify, and reconcile sale volume & payment documents
3. Responsible to prepare and submit document to concern parties such customer, finance, MRP&MPS etc.
4. Prepare weekly and monthly Sale Volume, Demand forecast
5. Control & perform all activities related sale & marketing tasks
6. Responsible to generate leads and create a client database.
7. Discover and understand the client’s needs, propose solutions to address their needs and create overall client satisfaction.
8. Cross-sell or up-sell additional products and services offered by the Company.
9. Needs to have a sound understanding of the products and services, excellent presentation, and have strong negotiation skills.
10. Stay alert to new opportunities in the market and represent the company.
11. Acquiring and developing trusted relationships with a portfolio of major clients (High net worth individuals, institutions, corporations)
12. Expanding and managing the relationships with existing clients through good communication and good understanding of their needs
13. Agility, and self-driven to achieve sales targets
14. Any new task assignments from manager.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree, University Graduate

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B/client sales or related field.

3. Ability to work in a fast pace environment and manage stressful situations.
4. Must be detail-oriented with the ability to take initiative and exercise good judgment
5. Requires proficiency with spreadsheet and Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
6. Can drive a car and have driver’s license is prefer
7. Strong teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills.
8. Good presentation and negotiation skills
9. Willingness to learn new industry
10. Highly self driven, disciplined with “Can-do” attitude
11. Excellent communication skills – need very responsive
12. Able to read, understand and speak English
13 Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
