Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- Plan and execution of targeted marketing activities to meet enrollment targets.
- Handle all enquiries and closure of leads, mainly from corporate clients
- Follow up with all interested enquiries to sign up for our programmes
- To build a robust and efficient model for enrollment and registration.
- Production of marketing collaterals such as ads, brochures, premiums, etc
- Client development and management; Promoting programmes and services to new and existing clients, expansion and retention of clients through regular visits and other touchpoints to preschool centres and partners with family as their target clients
- Develop good working relationships with internal stakeholders, such as Vertical heads and Academic Office.
- Develop a good client relationship model with external stakeholders such as operators, government, parents, caregivers, alumni, local community, ,etc, that involves strategic relationship management, enrolment targets and future growth possibilities.
- Conduct Market Analysis.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, business development and marketing, communications and events management, with at least 2 years of managerial experience in the Education Industry.
- Business minded and able to deliver on KPIs.
- Strong communication skills (both written and spoken), including presentation skills with a positive and pleasant disposition to work with internal & external stakeholders.
- Good Planning, organisational and analytical skills
