• Checking and signing off PV & RV for daily income & Expense.
• Managing & supervise daily accounts operations including account payable, account receivable, business license, cash receipts & payments, general ledger, payroll and utilities.
• Analyzing accounting options & recommending financial actions.
• Prepare & Report weekly budget & actual cash flow statement on weekly.
• Preparing weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Budget & report to MD.
• Preparing Monthly Profit & Lost and Balance Sheet.
• Checking daily cash book & report to MD.
• Prepare assets, liability and capital account entries by compiling & analyzing account information.
• Managing finance functions and held overall responsibility for accounts & budget monitoring.
• Preparing monthly reconciliations for all accounts and revenue & expenditure variance analysis, capital assets accounting, month end/year end closing entries & audit schedules.
• Quarterly Ground Stock taking colleague with Operation team.
• Guiding accounting clerical staff and coordinating activities and answering questions.
• Preparing tax duties such as quarterly & annual tax returns.
• Assign JD for Accountants as per job requirement.
• Reviewing & signing off all financial on the balance sheet, ensuring the integrity of all financial information.
