1. Manage 3rd party careline and collaborate with agencies interms of reports and action plans for improvement.2. Manage consumer complaint process as aligned SOP viacareline3. Develop digital marketing plan aligned with company’sobjectives and goals4. Measure and report performance of responsible digitalmarketing campaigns, and assess KPIs5. Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities6.Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices andtactics
1.Bachelor’s (BA or BS) in business, marketing, or related field;MBA (or related Master’s) preferred2. Proven working experience as Asst. Brand Manager /DigitalMarketing in FMCG/Digital/Telecom3. Experience in careline management/consumer complaints
4. Proven ability to develop digital marketing planning andexecution5. Knowledgeable in Digital Marketing, including CRMcampaigns, online tracking tools, with an understanding of digitaladvertising metrics (CPM/CPC/CPA)
A minimum of 4 years in digital marketing. Wider exposure tobrand marketing/consumer insights will be a value add.
