• Approve Credit Risk assessment• Analyze financial data (cash flow) regarding loan requests for new, renewal and existing loans• Highlight all identified risks and make risk mitigation strategies and recommendations• Submit loan approval to Credit Assessment Committee• Consult Field Officers and Credit Advisors for necessary advice on correctness of credit assessment• Maintain a balance between the risk and business requirements while assessing the loan application• Monitor daily collection checking and delinquent client register and follow up action• Track, report, follow up and manage delinquencies• Track, monitor, maintain and report loan portfolio quality• Manage PAR (portfolio at risk)• Analyze all information related to risk• Prepare and submit the monthly / quarterly report to Executive Committee• Develop risk management policies• Provide risk management training• Supervise Call Center

Job Requirements
• Post Graduate in Commerce or Bachelor of Commerce, Preferable CPA• 4 years of proven risk management experience particularly• Strong analytical problem solving and project management skill• Clear understanding of financial, operational, and compliance risks affecting Microfinance activities• Must have excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented• Excellent skill in spoken and written English• Excellent time management skills
