Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Develop strategies for customer service excellence and address customer service needs assisting Customer Service Manager
  • Take ownership of handling difficult issues and pending cases regarding customer complaints and queries and proactively following through to resolution
  • Maintain customers’ focus on all times and answer to customers’ enquiries using the standard guidelines
  • Supervise, manage and train the team members while ensuring that every task is done correctly and effectively, and make sure that all aspects of customer service are established well
  • Oversee and manage performance and service quality of the customer service staff to guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Take care of current customer service conditions and has to initiate new policies for jammed up customer complaints
  • Deliver a comprehensive service to respond enquiring customers and build strong customer relationship
  • Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department
  • Create effective customer service procedures, policies and standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder
  • Must have at least 4 years of experience in Customer Service Field
  • Must have proven work experience in Insurance, Bank, Microfinance or other similar industries
  • Proficient in English language
