Job Description

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships in the eCommerce and related field
  • Identify opportunities for new referral relationships and lead generation
  • Coordinate the boarding of new merchant referrals
  • Support training and enablement internally and with partners, along with enabling co-selling and co-marketing initiatives
  • Successfully negotiate and execute contracts with identified prospects
  • Support to Trade Marketing team to drive the overall ecommerce planning process and to develop and deliver innovative ecommerce strategy
  • To develop plans and strategies that enable to meet or exceed business goals for New channel
  • Maintain relationships with Key B2B account to help drive new business opportunitie
  • Seek out new opportunity to drive growth for B2B and manage B2B channel 
  • Report and analysis, including executive reporting of sales results, key metrics and KPIs, campaign tracking and analysis, and ad hoc strategic analysis
  • Responsible for development and execution of the new channel marketing strategy through website, email, social media etc
  • Apply a consistently high level of communication and knowledge to resolve all day to day administrative and key operational issues
  • Maintain on orders, reviewing orders for accuracy, replacing sales lost due to cancels or oversold
  • Drive the expansion of brand through identifying new digital wholesale opportunities and key strategic partners
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, building strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and improve existing processes
  • Monitor sites daily to identify opportunities with product pages, category pages, and navigation
  • Follow company regulations and all implemented standard system
  • Assess pricing and promotional activity to ensure that it delivers financial targets while adhering to brand guardrails
  • Identify and manage through potential channel conflict

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or other relevant field.
  • 4+ years of experience working with FMCG company in an eCommerce focused role
  • Familiar with sales, planning, marketing and category management practices
  • Understanding of eCommerce best practices
  • Experience across various marketing channels as well as experience with B2B sales channel
  • Must be able to triangulate data sources to pull together a compelling selling story to educate and influence internal cohorts and retail partners
  • Analyze complex business issues and determine appropriate action
  • Able to work cross-functionally and drive organizational inclusivity of eCommerce
  • Effective communicator able to represent the needs of the consumer and retailer alike
  • Must be able to work within fast paced work environment
  • Advance in English language skills
