- Facilities maintenance (monitoring and management of air-conditioning, UPS, device running health, safety and housekeeping check of POPs site).
-Fiber patching, Ethernet cabling and AP installation for related services.
-Checking and maintaining long haul and GPON devices of responsible city.
-Provide link testing for service outage cases. (Eg.link testing, media converter testing, Fttx devices testing).
-Conduct site survey and installation for wifi services.
-Providing the necessary interface between System Operations, field personnel, neighboring utilities, internal department and government offices.
-Fault handling and cooperating with other team by phone and email.
