Job Description

  • ACMV service and repair can understand professionally.
  • Schedules direct and provide technical support for ACMV technicians.
  • Making PM Service schedules in our teams, monthly and daily schedules.
  • Reviews technicians’ work to ensure quality meets established standards
  • Review daily, weekly and monthly work done to our PM service team
  •  Organize training and ongoing support for install and service teams
  •  Recruits, interviews, hires and trains HVAC technicians as required to meet workload demands.
  • Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Assists with allocation, budgeting, resource planning, and scheduling.
  • Assist in taking charge of documents and M&E, ACMV checklist.
  • Assist in handling all emergency situations when required.
  • Act as safety team member during any emergency situation including activating the emergency system.
  • Inform Reporting Manager of daily needs, problems and client feedback
  • Handle client’s complaint action quickly as possible as you can
  • Assist in maintaining facilities of building on a continual basis throughout shift
  • Understand PM Service revenue and can control cost outcomes.
  • Perform any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Engineering Degree / Engineering Diploma (Prefer Mechanical Engineering Background)
  • Have good Knowledge of ACMV service, Repair and Installation.
  • 8 to 10 years’ experience in leading and managing multiple teams in property management industry
  • Able to speak and write English and Myanmar fluently
  • Possess good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, as well as good computer skills.
  • Ability to plan and priorities workloads, and delegate accordingly
  • Confident, self-motivated, innovative and capable to work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal & business communication skills.
