Overall responsibility

  • Determin operational objectives by studying core business functions (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory, Quality Management); gathering information; evaluation output requirements and formats for the business process digitalization.
  • Provide application support for the project-related activities (including Changed Requests - CR) in accordance with the project methodology.
  • Analyze/ modify/ customize and develop JD Edward Enterprise On to support user requirements including interfaces to non - JDE applications, and use JDE development tools to customize the application based on business needs.
  • Ensure the quality and cost-effectiveness of the maintenance (user support and training, incident and problem management, enhancement, upgrades, etc.).
  • In-house application architecture and understand areas of risk such as integration, understand the benefits of application portfolio consolidation glabally of systems and process
  • Prepare for and conduct requirements elicitation sessions using a variety of techniques including brainstorming, requirements workshops, observation, task and workflow analysis, prototyping, ducument analysis, and interface analysis.
  • Be accountable for the full business application lifecycle (architect, analyze, design, build, run, decommission) and particularly ensure that ERP/DMS solutions are designed within collected business needs and architecture standards.
  • Coordinate and manage the organization's use of master files, roles, user views, data control, reporting and data integrity.
  • Coordinate across Business Administration and system users the creation of new reports, dashboards, analytical tools.
  • Design and manage Change Management requests, approval and tracking process.
  • Advise on communications to the organization about system upgrades or functionality
  • Ensure documentation, such as training guides, procedures, and test scripts are maintained, and regularly updated.
  • Organize training and promote and use and education of DMS across the organization
  • Coordinate with core business units, lead the design and development of documentation and end-user quick guides as needed.
  • Manage the process of designing, creating, implementing and maintaining dashboards, reports and analytical tools, specifically that need periods changed quarterly or annually.
  • Continuously gains an understanding of business operations and how systems are used in support of their operations, transferring knowledge to users, DBA and CNC/JDE functional consultants.
  • Stay abreast of new system releases and applications and preset opportunities for improvement to the business units.
  • Ensure that all ERP environments, applications, and customization functions are effectively secured (including DRP, Backup, etc.) and that risks are mitigated.

Job Requirements

  • Oversee and execute on going maintenance and improvement projects.
  • Design and run quarterly reports to test that data integrity and accuracy within the JDE modules in system.
  • Maintain an inventory of reports to assure that codes, transactions, and other critical fields maintain accuracy as changes are made to attributes and relations.
  • Thoroughly understand JDE roles and security subsystem in order to assign appropriate system access to users at different levels throughout the whole GRG.
  • Develo new, or modifies existing application functionalities to satisfy ongoing company business needs
  • Ability and openness to deal with new peripheral technologies
  • B.C,Sc/ BE (IT)/ M.C.Sc
  • Minimum of 3 years of IT business application (ERP,DMS,BI) experiences in FMCG companies
  • Understanding of DMS/ERP specific modules, applications such as Financials, Sales & Distribution, Procurement, Manufacturing & Planning and HR.
  • At least three full implementations of specific module specialty with multiple site configuration set up
  • Understand and experience of e-commerce/ digital delivery and trends, reporting and BI, cloud architecture, testing and QA best practice and understand delivery experience, experience of integration options and best practices Oracle ERP, Microsoft SQL RDMS, data warehouse, and CRM experiences.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, facilitation, consultation and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple on going assignments & under tight deadlines.
  • Extensive experience of translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Proven cross-team collaboration, networking, team building, organizational and communication skills.
  • Understands ERP/DMS/M365 integration methodology and ability to understand and troubleshoot issues as they arise
