  • Manage Commercial Controlling topics with focus in Sales and Customer Marketing Function
  • Lead Company Planning and Forecasting Process from Finance perspective
  • Take ownership of Company P&L, with found understanding of relevant key drivers and interlinks
  • Manage Promotion Pre- and Post-evaluation Process of the company
  • Prepare and monitor Trade allowance budget & track performance Budget vs Actuals
  • Prepare and monitor customer, brand, category and product profitability report with insight analysis
  • Conduct business analysis and provide proposals considering all perspectives
  • Lead, manage and continuously improve the company's Business Reporting process

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Finance related field
  • Previous working experience in Multinational Companies (MNCs)
  • Minimum 6+ working experience (in commercial area will be advantage)
  • Found understanding of P&L and relevant key drivers
  • A proven track record of forecasting and budgeting is desirable
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
