  1. Review and verify the expenses control with the company guidelines.
  2. Manage and develop all the accounting functions and liaise with all the related internal/external contacts. 
  3. Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals.
  4. Understand the business model, detect and have to prepare for relevant risk or potential conflicts. 
  5. Identify the future operational improvements based on current   
  6. situation and design the proposal (policy, procedures and process, etc.) to control internally and externally.
  7. Appropriate Business Planning and help in decision making processes to ensure that business is financially successful. 
  8. Produce accurate financial reports to specific deadline. 
  9. Oversee entire finance department and manage effectively to be strong in Finance.
  10. Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries, risk, cash flow management and financial statements.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Com or CPA (or) ACCA Part (II) 
  2. At least "8" years experiences in Accounting and financial Management field. 
  3. Solid understanding of financial statics and accounting principles. 
  4. Must have knowledge of local, state and federal laws regarding accounting, finances and taxation.
  5. Must have knowledge of accounting principles and practices and finance principles.
  6. Excellent in technical accounting skills
  7. Able to communicate with other departments’ heads and coach to develop personal skill of the junior and senior accountants
  8. Able to handle confidential information 
  9. Excellent analytical and reporting skills. 
  10. Good in English 4 skills
  11. Must have knowledge Import Process, pricing calculation and warehouse controlling.
