Job Description

  1. Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the department and company
  2. Direct and oversee all aspects of the organization’s administrative functions
  3. Manage and coordinate administrative projects as needed
  4. Oversee day-to-day operations
  5. Give assistance operate policies and processes
  6. Supervise and train administrative staff, including receptionists and other support personnel
  7. Controlling Fixed Assets & Employee Benefits Managements.
  8. Manage inventory of office supplies and organize purchasing of new material
  9. Monitor costs and expenses & handling company license & permit & contracts
  10. Dealing Government Office as needed
  11. Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors and service providers
  12. Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies and equipment as needed
  13. Prepare and manage budgets for the administrative department
  14. Generate reports and presentations as needed
  15. Prepare regular reports for upper management
  16. Perform other duties as assigned
  17. Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
  18. Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts)
  19. manage manpower properly
  20. manage labor issues 
  21. maintain cleanliness of factory

Job Requirements

    1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field
    2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
    3. Exceptional organizational skills.
    4. Excellent Communication Skills.
    5. Experience in planning and budgeting
    6. Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
    7. Strong analytical ability
    8. 8Problem-solving aptitude
