Job Description

  1. Oversee and manage CCD staff according to their units and sections to improve the performance of the department to reach department objectives, assignments, and KPIs.
  2. Prepare and analyze performance evaluations in their respective units and sections to encourage staff promotions.
  3. Assist the senior management in setting policies and procedures for the department and drawing marketing strategies and assignments for the thriving growth of the department.
  4. Lead branding, marketing, and advertising campaigns, events, and activities for the business development process in the competitive market.
  5. Manage the department’s budget according to changing marketing trends to develop innovative marketing ideas, business leads, and connections.
  6. Establish good relationships and collaboration with key stakeholders, including specialists, corporate partners, and shareholders to sustain continuous mutual relations.
  7. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to senior management.
  8. Undertake duties and responsibilities assigned and directed by the COO & the immediate superior of CCD.

Job Requirements

- Any Bachelor Degree holder with a marketing and business background

- Master’s Degree in Business Administration and/or Professional Diploma in Marketing and Business Development

-  Above 10-year experience in marketing and customer care-related fields

- At least 5-year management experience in the healthcare industry

-  Critical thinking, Innovation, and Analytical skills

- Good listener with excellent negotiation skills

- Positive Attitude with Discipline-minded

- Sound Knowledge of HIS software

- Advanced level of MS office and computing skills

- Fluent Language Four Skills (Myanmar and English)

- Other Language Skills would be an advantage
