  • Implement an effective customer loyalty program
  • Providing help to customers using your organization’s products or services

  • Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards for your organization or department
  • Responsible for managing the setup, operations
  • Provide a high level of customer service experience during all events with a solutions-oriented approach
  • Receive, respond to, resolve, and track customer complaints through the development of a service
  • Assist in the creation and development of a Program, including hiring, scheduling, training, supervising and evaluating Concierge staff
  • Establish highly effective working relationships
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Premium Sales & Service, Corporate Partnerships) to create memorable experiences
  • Execute day-to-day activities to maintain overall efficiency of the department
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when handling premium customer inquiries and concerns

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and any master degree related with applied position
  • 3 to 5 years experiences in similar position and 8 to 10 years in related fields.
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills, Positive and patient
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability
  • Ability to translate your skills to other employees through training and mentoring
  • Previous Experiences and success story is essential to present.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are a necessity for this position
  • A suitable candidate for this position must have great computer skills and demonstrate high proficiency in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Excel, and Ms Word
  • Must be willing to travel work extended hours , weekends and holiday
