Job Description

  • To execute the strategic inventory plan and to manage and supervise the processes in order to align with the corporate objectives
  • To review the current inventory positions for the raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods and to provide monthly summary of the same and present it to management
  • Drive consistent operational performance across all locations with a focus on safety, service and cost
  • High aptitude for holistic supply chain solutions and ability to speak and direct a team to meet customer expectations
  • Ability to deal with a high-level of ambiguity and translate customer requirements into business actions
  • Negotiate with customers for rate increases, scope changes, etc.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of transportation purchasing and impacts to freight payment and accrual processing
  • Work with internal customer experience team(s) to develop and maintain the strategic growth plan for the customer
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers at multiple levels within the customer's organization
  • Proven ability to challenge and direct the customer to meet tactical and strategic customer goals
  • To lead the organization's inventory related teams and provide leadership for training and development of departmental personnel
  • Excellence knowledge about construction materials

Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications/ Experience required:

  • Bachelor Degree in degree and any master degree related with applied position
  • Diploma in supply chain management, logistics will be advantage
  • Minimum 6 years’ experiences in similar position

Skills and Knowledge required:

  • Strong knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly dependable and trustworthy
  • Strong internal personal skill and effective communication skills with a talent for operating across different levels of an organization
  • Ability to work independently
  • Be honest, courtesy and highly responsible and initiative person
  • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality
  • Regular to require relocate or travel when necessary
