- Oversees business various operational structures in country that provides a broad range of Point-of-Purchase (POP) services, including client and operation management of Field Marketing teams providing Field Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, and other services including POP intelligence gathering, brand activation and advisory services such as retail & compliance audits, etc.
- Develops strong client and customer relationship by obtaining alignment, developing, and delivering on mutually established goals through regular engagement
- Delivers against the business strategic agenda and positions the business in a favorable position
- Performs new business development in collaboration with regional business development and sales delivery
- Leads and supports operational and collaborate with functional support areas
- Conducts effective leadership and team management leading to improved sustainable profitable business growth
- Solid knowledge and understanding of various industries/ markets/ competitors/ customers
- Having advanced marketing, merchandising or sales experience
