Responsibilities:
1 > Oversee personnel including receptionist, kitchen staff, and office employees.
2 > Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations to help improve customer service.
3 > Create and apply Sales & Marketing strategies for hotel ( Monthly Strategy )
4 > Create SWOT Analysis for hotel
5 > Resolve issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies.
6 > Organize activities and assign responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity.
7 > Promote the hotel’s services and amenities.
8 > Coordinate with business partners including Tour Agents, Business Companies and other related companies
9 > Evaluate hotel performance and ensure compliance with health and safety rules.
10> Partake in financial activities including establishing room rates, setting budgets, and assigning funds to departments.
11 > Provides training to staff and HOD's.
12 > Provide effective leadership to hotel team members.
13 > Must be available 24/7 in case to respond to any guest or employee emergencies.

Job Requirements

1 > Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or relevant field.
2> Need experience of Sales & Marketing
3 > Need knowledge of Sales & Marketing
3 > A minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in hotel management and Sales & Marketing.
4 > Strong understanding of hotel management best practices and data entry software.
5 > Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
6 > Exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to detail.
