- To monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of Office material- To monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation- To ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations- To manage the attendance record- To manage the company ferry arrangement- To check the salary calculation and ensure the whole salary process to be done every month- To check PIT, SSB and all other company welfare- To monitor and control miscellaneous matter in Company- To update and announce the latest labor law- To carry out other jobs related to administration and human resource- To carry out welfare event for employees
