- Mainly in charge of Admin cum HR Manager- Set up the company rule ans regulations- Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors- Monitoring facility condition and environmental performance and recommending of funding levels and spending- Prepare all paperwork related to order processing such as raising a PO, issuing of invoices- Handle of implementing HR policies and procedures in accordance with management policies- Permit application & renewal- Ad-hoc office administration duties

- Must have over 5 years working experience as HR cum Admin- Must have experience of setting up new company or branch as management level- Must be upper conversational level in the English language
