Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

- Mainly in charge of Admin cum HR Manager
- Set up the company rule ans regulations
- Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors
- Monitoring facility condition and environmental performance and recommending of funding levels and spending
- Prepare all paperwork related to order processing such as raising a PO, issuing of invoices
- Handle of implementing HR policies and procedures in accordance with management policies
- Permit application & renewal
- Ad-hoc office administration duties

Job Requirements

- Must have over 5 years working experience as HR cum Admin
- Must have experience of setting up new company or branch as management level
- Must be upper conversational level in the English language
