Recruitment & Selection

  • Communicate with hiring managers to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals
  • Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
  • Prepare job scorecard
  • Implement effective orientation, Alignment & teaming ( pre-confirmation )
  • 1:4 standby of resignation rate for under position
  • Supervise the recruiting team and reporting on its performance
  • Update current and designing recruiting procedures
  • Recommend ways to improve our employer brand

  • Ensure work process improvement (meeting, communication, information sharing)
  • Aligning & teaming (post confirmation)
  • Create happiness advantage practice
  • Arrange monthly townhall meeting
  • Ensure employee engagement & relationship
  • Make exit interview & analyze on actual reason report
  • Researches and explains laws and legal affairs concerning employment to managers, supervisors, and employees
  • Measure NPS

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate with HR professional diploma or degree would be preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum IELTS 5.5 English Skill
