Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • To handle performance management & merit pay plan for all Employees including Office Employees & Factory  (Local & Expat)
  • Conduct Job analysis for each job to know the worth and reward him accordingly
  • Management of salaries and wages for the employeess & PIT taxes & SSB 
  • Negotiations with the job union to arrive at consensus and frame a draft agreement
  • Needs to play a Key role in Forecasting the Labour Requirements and plan them accordingly
  • Consistently recruiting excellent staff (Local & International recruiting)
  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
  • Training, counseling and coaching our staff
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
  • Perform any other duties or tasks as needed by Direct Reporting Manager Vs Head of HR

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education & Diploma in human resource management, OR MBA is more preferrable.
  • At least 5 years plus experience in similar role at Factory and Company by Branches.
  • Excellence communication in English.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations
  • Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
  • Ability to give presentations.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
