Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • To handle performance management & merit pay plans for all Employees including Office Employees & Factory 
  • Conduct a Job analysis for each job to know the worth and reward him accordingly
  • Management of salaries and wages for the employees & PIT taxes & SSB 
  • Negotiations with the job union to arrive at a consensus and frame a draft agreement
  • Needs to play a key role in Forecasting Labor Requirements and plan them accordingly
  • Consistently recruiting excellent staff for upper and lower Myanmar
  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
  • Training, counseling, and coaching our staff
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
  • Perform any other duties or tasks as needed by the Direct Reporting Manager Vs the Head of HR

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree & Diploma in human resource management OR MBA is preferable.
  • At least 5 years plus experience in a similar role at Factory and Company by Branches in Food & Beverage field
  • Excellence in communication in English.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations
  • Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
  • Ability to give presentations.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks plus using Odoo software
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
