  • Monitors departmental performance, identifying and facilitating opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborates with other managers to plan, direct, and coordinate programs and projects.
  • Drafts, submits, and presents various performance and management reports.

Job Requirements

  • ​A bachelor's degree in business, administration (or ) Related Human Resources Diploma holders and also MBA holders are more prefer.
  • At least (4) years working experiences in management role and age between (30 - 35) years.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft office suite.
  • Experiences such a kind of sector like that MNC Business.
  • Must be good English Skill..
  • Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, people management, hiring and employee relations: able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations.
  • Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
