Recruitment & Selection

  • Attracting qualified candidates by promoting job opportunities through the use of social media and other platforms.
  • Undertaking recruitment activities from advertising vacancy to onboarding.
  • Conducting HR processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments and maintaining records and information.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Perform all employees’ compensation & benefits - related issues, including payroll, benefits and finalization of personal income tax, SSB.

Compliance

  • Keeping current employment law and HR regulations to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.

Learning & Development

  • Assist in learning & development programs/activities.

Administration

  • Provide guidance to admin staff regarding admin related tasks such as purchasing of office supplies, dealing with building management, etc.

HR Communication

  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support respective team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees and between departments.

HR Daily tasks

  • Keeping and filing contract and staff CV as well as update staff database.
  • Arranging work-related activities.
  • Checking daily attendance and staff whereabouts.
  • Interacting and co-operate with all members of the organization.
  • Investigating and Managing employee relations issues in a confidential manner, including disciplinaries, grievances, and capability.
  • Handling other ad hoc HR tasks as assigned.
  • Provide HR support to the HR Manager.

Job Requirements

-Any graduate with Diploma in HR Management/Development.

-At least 3 years’ experience in a management role.
-High level of attention to detail.
-Good written and verbal communication both in English and Myanmar.
-Excellent interpersonal skills with positive mindset and multi-tasking abilities.
-Proficient in MS office, Advanced Excel and social media knowledge.
-Good understanding of Myanmar Labor Law.
-Understand corporate strategy, commitment and sense of belonging by people.
-Must be flexible and adaptable in ever changing business environment.
