Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Implementation so that you can appoint the staff needed by the department.
  • Check Staff requests coincidentally with the PR Form, WE,JD, JS of varios relevant departments and present it to the Corporate HR Manager.
  • To manage the recruitment & selection process from interview process to exit.
  • To Select staff, draw up quarterly, yearly, plan, Budget and submit to the corporate HR Manager.
  • To return to the Corportae HR Manager, responsible for the responsibilities of the personal section, such a issuing salaries, appointing employees, promoting positions, dismissal, issuing policies, and issuing instructuions.
  • To implement training need analysis in consultation with the Corporate Manager so that employees can obtain the skills they need based on the performance of the employees.
  • To submit employee performance evaluations per department two (2) times per financial year.
  • To maintain HR system & Process.
  • To handle and advise on payroll calculation process SSB process and Income Tax process.
  • To understand and implement of HR Function,Policy & Laws.
  • To review the points presented by the Personal section and the General section on behalf of the Corporate Manager.
  • To understand and follow the ISO System.
  • Monitoring employee performance and KPI.
  • To carry out the duties assigned by Top Management from time to time.

  • Any Graduate
  • Must have HRM Diploma.
  • Good office procedure & good control employees.
  • Good Management, Good Computer Knowledge,Good Speaking English.
  • Above (5) Years Experience in related field.
  • Must be able to use HR Software.
