Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • The candidate must be bilingual and is expected to handle both foreign and local staffs.
  • Maintain HR operational documents eg. Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Employment Agreements & Contracts, etc.
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
  • Announce and follow up Individual Performance Appraisal quarterly
  • Manages in employment contract renewal and termination process
  • superior of HR Division.
  • Strongly handle the leave and attendance records for all employees.
  • Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Under take any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management team from time to time
  • Manage Facilitation and administration processes for expertise such as Passport Renewal, Entry Visa and Immigration, Accommodation, Transportation, etc

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, Diploma in   HRM.
  • At least 5 years of experience in  HR Assistant Manager or Senior executive level.
  • Experience in the educational sector is a plus
  • Can communicate English Language (Business Level)
