Under the overall supervision of the General Manager (HR), and the direct supervision of Sr. HR Manager (Talent Management), the Assistant HR Manager (Talent Acquisition & PM) will perform the following Talent Management duties and responsibilities;
1. Talent acquisition & development and Management
. Responsible Talent Acquisition (recruitment and Selection) both internal / external
. Plan and implement annual recruitment plan as per annual manpower plan.
. Provide Orientation Training to all new recruits.
. Arrange Onboarding Programme and implement.
. Plan and implement engagement programme.
. Arrange Exit interview within one week of the submission date of resignation letter
. Manage recruitment budget.
. Keep record of recruitment & selection documents.
. Keep Personal history files and record job history of each staff
2. Performance Management
. Arrange for Yearly Performance Evaluation Process & Report.
. Arrange Promotion Exam and Interview as and when required.
. Arrange and assist performance management functions such as disciplinary action and grievance handling, performance councelling based on performance results.
. Keep record of performance evaluation documents
3. Reporting
. Prepare and submit weekly recruitment progress report & monthly report.
. Prepare monthly and yearly turnover report.
. Prepare yearly Performance Evaluation Report.
. Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly HR activities report (Orientation training, employee engagement programme, and other HR activities.
. Monthly and yearly Recruitment Budget report.
