Supports to HR Manager by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection, orientation program, conducting and analyzing exitinterviews; and recommending changes. Organize the company functions as per management guidelines and support to HRD Manager as needed. Conduct Salary and Benefits surveys, in recommending changes in the structure and rules of the compensation program, coordination and monitoring of the overall program (Wages and Salary Administration). Prepare the country-wise monthly reports. (Manpower report, Salary and HRD Expenses report, Turnover Rate report and ISO report) Assist to HR Manager in planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training & development. programs. Counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Job Requirements
Any Graduate, preferably with a certified professional diploma or M.B.A. At least 4 to 5 years of working experience in doing HR Functions (especially in recruitment) in a reputed company. Under 35 years old Good personality & good looking Good cooperation and communication skill Good communication skills and negotiation skills. English language proficiency is do required. Ability to prioritize activities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong problem diagnosis and resolving skills, developing options and implementing solutions Microsoft Office (word, power point, excel), internet and email Very good team players.
