Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

 Supports to HR Manager by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection, orientation program, conducting and analyzing exit
interviews; and recommending changes.
 Organize the company functions as per management guidelines and support to HRD Manager as needed.
 Conduct Salary and Benefits surveys, in recommending changes in the structure and rules of the compensation program, coordination and monitoring of the overall program (Wages and Salary Administration).
 Prepare the country-wise monthly reports. (Manpower report, Salary and HRD Expenses report, Turnover Rate report and ISO report)
 Assist to HR Manager in planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
 Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
 Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training & development. programs.
 Counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Job Requirements

 Any Graduate, preferably with a certified professional diploma or M.B.A.
 At least 4 to 5 years of working experience in doing HR Functions (especially in recruitment) in a reputed company.
 Under 35 years old
 Good personality & good looking
 Good cooperation and communication skill
 Good communication skills and negotiation skills. English language proficiency is do required.
 Ability to prioritize activities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
 Strong problem diagnosis and resolving skills, developing options and implementing solutions
 Microsoft Office (word, power point, excel), internet and email
 Very good team players.
