1. Manage and maintain job description database and ensure all roles within theorganization have a current job description in place per Kospa and Group HRprocedure.2. Plan and lead all recruitment process to replace/hire new staff within target timelines.3. Ensures all employees are up to date with required training.4. Track and reports all employees KPIs for appropriate payments.5. Maintain up to date HR policies and procedures, ensure employees understand andcomply with them.6. Support HR matters in areas such as manpower planning, budget planning andcareer development.7. Maintain Organization Structure (Organization Charts) and follow up to identify staffvacancies and organize to deliver all recruitments within agree timeline: plan andimplement for vacancy announcements, work as a business partner for interview andselection process.8. Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, employment contract,process probationary reviews and confirmation, employee evaluations, resignationand terminations, exit interviews. Ensure all medical tests for relevant staff areperformed on time and results are filed and appropriate reports issued tomanagement before hiring and annually for food handlers.9. Liase with labor department as required.10. Ensure Group policies and procedure for discipline are followed. Ensures all company and Group policies relating to employee behavior programs areimplemented as required. (anti bullying etc.)
11. Ensure payroll is managed as per Group standard, is completed on time and alltaxes and SSB payments made to relevant authorities.12. Manages administration of compensation, benefit and annual bonus review.13. Prepare monthly HR report with required analysis as directed.14. Manage the daily operations of the HR Department15. Ensure all Human Capital Information is kept confidential at all times.16. Others as needed.

Job Requirements
1. At least (5) years’ experience in HR leadership role2. Strong English and Burmese skills written, type and verbal for communication3. Computer proficient in Microsoft Office (prefer Advance Excel Certificated)4. Leadership and conflict management skills - Able to lead and manage the Teameffectively & efficiently to support the operation5. Able to initiate and implement company policies – sound administration and processmanagement capabilities6. Knowledge of Labour Law and experience in working at all levels in an organization.7. Sound written, and verbal communication skills including report writing andpresentation8. Excellent communicator and motivator an open communicator with sound listeningskills9. Able to work collaboratively with peers and solve problems / issues with tact and ableto create positive working environment10. Proactive and result oriented. Must be able to manage without close supervision.11. Demonstrable track record showing respect, empathy and integrity in HR leadership.
