  • Report to HR Manager
  • Respond and deal with Complaint / Feedback / Request from internal customer.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvement to benefit programs.
  • Develop and coordinate grievances and mediate workplace disputes.
  • Recommend and maintain an organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish company goals and objectives.
  • Asst; to evaluate company culture and provide recommendations on changes to accomplish company goals and objectives.
  • Asst; to establish company policies and procedures.
  • Work with department manager and corporate staff to develop.
  • Asst; to establish and implement short and long-range department goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
  • Negotiate and Problem Solving for the part of Human Resources issues.
  • Asst; to HR Manager.

Job Requirements

   

  • Any Bachelor Degree
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • 3 to 5 years experiences in HR field (Proven work experience as an HR Manager in service industry)
  • Good in English 4 skills
  • Good in communication and Leadership skills
  • Good in Negotiation and Counseling skills
  • Good knowledge of labor law
