Report to HR Manager
Respond and deal with Complaint / Feedback / Request from internal customer.
Evaluate and recommend improvement to benefit programs.
Develop and coordinate grievances and mediate workplace disputes.
Recommend and maintain an organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish company goals and objectives.
Asst; to evaluate company culture and provide recommendations on changes to accomplish company goals and objectives.
Asst; to establish company policies and procedures.
Work with department manager and corporate staff to develop.
Asst; to establish and implement short and long-range department goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
Negotiate and Problem Solving for the part of Human Resources issues.
Asst; to HR Manager.

Job Requirements

Any Bachelor Degree
Diploma in Human Resource Management
3 to 5 years experiences in HR field (Proven work experience as an HR Manager in service industry)
Good in English 4 skills
Good in communication and Leadership skills
Good in Negotiation and Counseling skills
Good knowledge of labor law
