  • Assist with the planning, organizing and coordinating efficient and effective recruitment competitions.
  • Update and maintain data in relation to vacancy management, including the management of staff in post within agreed complement, assisting in the production of management information papers, ensuring that information is stored appropriately and in line with legislative requirements.
  • Liaise with a range of recruitment agencies regarding the placement of agency workers.
  • Co-ordinate and implement an effective on-boarding process for new staff to include liaising with managers and other key stakeholders.
  • Support managers and staff with their duties relating to performance management.
  • Provide timely and accurate advice and guidance to managers and staff on a wide range of Human Resources policies and procedure, seeking advice from the HR Services Team Manager and senior HR manager as appropriate.
  • Handle all the expats related matters and ensure all the process are aligned with Myanmar employment act, regulations, guidelines as well as internal policies and procedures
  • Implement compensation strategies and structures that align with company strategies.
  • Support and participate in survey results & assist in comparing compensation and benefits plans
  • Liaising between the company and third-party labor services and mange all the labors to be under control and follow the company policy
  • Ensure all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation
  • Employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Maintain and provide accurate and timely HR management information and manage information in line with data protection policies and procedures.
  • Collate and maintain accurate Equal Opportunities information to facilitate statutory returns, ensuring that data is stored appropriately and in line with legislative requirements.
  • Identifies and consults with the labor office on matters of legal importance and ensure all the data to be accurate and arrange to submit on time
  • Planning the arrangements for L&D events; responding to L&D queries; processing invoices related to L&D; taking forward actions following training e.g. evaluation/feedback etc.
  • Works closely with HR Manager and employees to provide consultation and guidance to improve work relationships, build moral and increase productivity and retention.
  • Support to HR Manager for Human Resource Department provides guidance to resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Reports daily, weekly and monthly KPI reporting as determined by the HR Manager.
  • Position reports directly to HR Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a HR Supervisor.
  • Good knowledge of labor law and regulations and tax related.
  • Fluent in English / Chinese is required (Proficient in Chinese language will be advantage)
  • A bachelor's degree in Administration or Management
  • Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills and detail-oriented.
  • Proven work experience of at least 5 years
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
