We are looking for an: Assistant Insurance Team Leader to be based at their offices in Yangon, Myanmar.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sets and monitors sales objectives
  • Provides sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans
  • Contributes to meet with sales target and answers customer quires
  • Manages operations and solves customer complaints
  • Creates and modifies procedures and documents related to policies
  • Assists in claim management
  • Identifies and analyzes risk associated with policies
  • Minimizes risk of financial loss
  • Manages insurance data for reports
  • Analyzes statistical data such as car, accident, sickness, disability and retirement rates, contract probability tables to forecast and risk liability for payment of future benefits
  • Makes sure strong relationship to connect potential customers from various sources using by internal networking and calling, etc.
  • Performs fitting risks for underwriting process
  • Gives best advice to clients according to insurance policies that meet their needs and wants

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • University Degree with any major subject
  • At least 5 years of experience as Assistant Manager in insurance field
  • Able to work flexible shifts when needed is a must
  • Having solid knowledge of General and Life insurance
  • Excellent time management skills and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, sociability skills and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Email
  • Excellent command of the English Language
  • Willing to travel as business trips
