- SAP System check ( APP server PRD, QAS and DEV, HANA DB PRD, QAS and DEV), configure and install various network devices and services (e.g, routers , switches, firewalls, load and balances, VPN, Qos.)
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service, planning, configuration server virtualization ( e.g. VM).
- Monitor performance and ensure system available and reliability, monitor system resource utilization , trending , and capacity planning.
- Work within established configuration and changed management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
- Knowledge sharing to team. Liaise with vendors and other IT personal for problem resoluation and revaluation , scale and improve infrastructure.
- Safeguard and protect the business ( IT General Controls), Information Security ( Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability), ensure IT outcomes in line with business , Create business value through technology , Oversee the IT needs of company, Establish IT policies.
