Overview

The Key Account and MBCV Assistant Manager will bring sales from existing clients or contacts, and will develop new relationships with potential clients mainly on Fleet customers, Medium and Large Corporations, and International Companies that operating in Myanmar

The key account and MBCV assistant manager must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client. They will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs. Managing communications between key clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

      • To develop commercial vehicle (Van,Truck & Bus) Sales in the appointed region for both Fuso and Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicles
      • To identify Fleet customers, Medium and Large Corporations, and International Companies that operating in Myanmar
      • To understand the market size for Van, Truck and Bus in Myanmar for business case for new product ranges.
      • To manage competitor stronghold customers and convert to FUSO and MBCV customers
      • To prepare weekly report, sales prospects and all reports as per CCAM processes
      • To develop network and promote products, brands and services
      • To develop suitable product ranges according to customer need and Road Transport Department regulation
      • To liase with Principal : MFTBC, DICV and MBCV for all the product ranges and prospect customers
      • To align with Key Account definition as per Principal requirement: MFTBC, DICV and MBCV
      • To liase with bodybuilder and finance instituation for sales closure and delivery status.
      • To be interface between the customers and CCAM sales and after sales
      • Familiar with all the systems as per FUSO, MBCV and CCAM
      • To secure Customer Satisfaction Index
      • Understand and comply with CCAM & Daimler compliance process
      • Create good teamwork with internal department from sales to delivery process and aftersales.
      • Performs other job-related duties as required.

Job Requirements

Skill, Knowledge and Experience

  • Any graduate with diploma in Sales & Marketing
  • Above 27 years old
  • Above 2`3 years’ experience in Sales of Automobile / Heavy industry products as well as Key Account Management. Preferably commercial vehicles.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Good command of English is a must; Chinese would be an additional advantage.
