Job Description

  • Achieve sales target set through successful implementation of promotions and activities for customers
  • Plan, develop, implement and monitor activities for key customers with partner departments – CCD, Brand, Finance, Supply Chain, Distributor, Agency
  • Regularly engage, and negotiate if needed, with customer head office to land products and activities in stores
  • Work together with CCD and BB to integrate stock demand for new product launches and promotions
  • Review monthly performance of distributors and check opportunities to improve servicing of customers
  • Liaise with Area Sales Managers with DTs handling MT to ensure national and key account initiatives are executed in MT outlets
  • Develop and implement JBP (Joint Business Plan) with customers
  • Follow set PCP (Perfect Call Procedure) when doing market visit

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field (preferably Business Management)
  • Good communication skills, both spoken & written (preferably fluent in English)
  • Good analysis skill
  • Good customer engagement and negotiation skill
  • Experience in customer / account management or field sales is an advantage
  • Experience in Retail Solutions is an advantage
