Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

1.       Manage the smooth and efficient manufacturing of goods.

2.       Regularly prepare budgets and cost reports for production.

3.       Divide responsibilities and tasks across the team to make production more efficient.

4.       Overseeing that the inventory is maintained of all the raw materials & finish Goods to ensure that they

          are stocked.   

5.       And manage & handling of Warehousing, Procurement and logistics related with Productions in Factory

6.       In order for the entire operation to run smoothly, the needs should be provided in a timely manner.

7.       To provide products and services until satisfied so that there are no customer complaints.

8.       Cooperation with the state for the development of Myanmar using the best technology to implement.

9.       To support online shopping, system design and customer needs.

10.     To ensure the quality of products and services from Company to the international market.

11.     To continuously evaluate the performance of Team Leader's and Team Member's.

12.      Reports daily, weekly and monthly KPI reporting as determined by the Production Manager.

Job Requirements

1.         Any graduates with related procurement training certificates

2.         Age above 35 years old

3.         Must have 3 years’ experience in related field

4.         Good communication skill, good presentation skill

5.         Shall have Safety Knowledge & 5S program in factor

6.         Strong leadership, management, coaching and organizational skill.

7.         Good skills in computer programs such as Microsoft office Excel, Word, Power point, and Photoshop.

8.         Able to travel

9.         Prefer certificate holder of ISO9001:2015 Awareness or Internal Auditor Training.

10.       Experience in assessment and analytical work will be an added advantage

11.       Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and planning skills.

12.       Taking 100% Responsibility and accountability.

13.       Ability to motivate and lead a team.
