- Effectively and efficienty manage the production of the required daily / weekly / monthly targets in each process.
- Responsible for production, meeting AGT requirements and maintaining the ordely and productive operation of planned activities.
- Communicate with other departmental managers regrading through put of stock to ensure production targets are met.
- Attend various meetings and action / communicate instructions.
- Conduct risk assessments of process and tasks in the Section.
- Report on achievement of targets and indentify any actions required.
- Manage and lead the section, ensuring adequate staffing levels, training, development, attendance, disciplinary issues and daily supervision to maximize efficient productivity.
- Motivate and coach the section to operational success.
- Provide technical expertise to the section.
- Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record
- Work as part of the Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvemebnt activities and process and procedure improvements to optimizie results and improve quality of delivery.
- Ensure all employee duties and responsinilities are diligently discharged.
