Job Summary
The position’s main duties are to provide support to the Line Manager by coordinating project activities and to ensure the continuity and efficiency of each project from start to finish through clear communication to all parties involved.
PROJECTS
Contribute and support the planning and execution of projects
Participate in all meetings, take meeting minutes, and distribute to all stakeholders in a timely fashion
Monitoring project progress, following up with stakeholders on the completion or delay of project phases, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project documents and reports
Maintain oversight of all project activities, identify any issues, and ensure these are resolved promptly
STANDARD OPERATION PROCEDURE (SOP), SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA), MEMORANDUM
Set and streamline Standard Operation Procedures for Branch Processes
Set Service Level Agreement (SLA)s with stakeholders
Prepare memorandum for new Operation Processes
CORE BANKING SYSTEM (CBS)
