Job Description

Job Summary

The position’s main duties are to provide support to the Line Manager by coordinating project activities and to ensure the continuity and efficiency of each project from start to finish through clear communication to all parties involved.

PROJECTS

  • Contribute and support the planning and execution of projects

  • Participate in all meetings, take meeting minutes, and distribute to all stakeholders in a timely fashion

  • Monitoring project progress, following up with stakeholders on the completion or delay of project phases, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project documents and reports

  • Maintain oversight of all project activities, identify any issues, and ensure these are resolved promptly

STANDARD OPERATION PROCEDURE (SOP), SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA), MEMORANDUM

  • Set and streamline Standard Operation Procedures for Branch Processes

  • Set Service Level Agreement (SLA)s with stakeholders

  • Prepare memorandum for new Operation Processes

CORE BANKING SYSTEM (CBS)

  • Support Back-Office Operation when required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Management, Banking or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years working experiences in banking industry
  • Proficient in project management, tools, and applications
  • Proficient in identifying Risks and putting in Controls
  • Build and manage effective relationships with functional teams and other business units
  • Demonstrate SPEAKING OUT
  • See beyond the immediate solution to potential process improvements
  • Capable to execute and manage multiple initiatives and deliverables simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Capable to create and deliver clear, concise, and well-structured presentations and reports
  • Capable to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Capable to fulfill various duties and responsibilities
  • Strong analytical skill and critical thinking skill
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suites (Words/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in preparing and interpreting flowcharts (Microsoft Visio)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both Myanmar & English (verbal and written)
