Assistant Manager, Business Architecture Design is responsible for supporting various aspects of the company’s strategy, design, and modelling.

• Assist in modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements as part of DMM's digital transformation
• Support in translating business goals and strategic projects into business architecture models including target operating models
• Participate in assessing the organizational capacity to meet its current and future targets and objectives using value stream tools and capability mapping
• Assist in developing digital growth roadmaps with business capability pain point discovery and analysis
• Assist in the preparation of business cases for transformation projects
• Help in setting the KPIs for the new products, features, projects, etc. and monitor the outcome regularly
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders by providing project management support and ensure the project is on track
• Communicate and create effective visuals to convey data/info in easily digestible manner with clear takeaways
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in a related subject – e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Economics
• 3-5 years in operating model design, business process enhancement, business case development and/or project management
• Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Experience in business management reporting and financial analysis
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to logically structure complex issues
• Expert in developing effective work relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external across any level of the organization.
