Job Purpose:

• Take care of the reporting / dashboarding and analysis requirements
• Identify recurring reports and automate the report execution and delivery  

Principal Accountabilities:

• Develop/maintain standard reports, and performance dashboards to ensure they deliver effective support to business, improve visibility to performance and enable effective decision making.
• Extract and collate data from various sources (using SQL / access / excel) to create reports understand performance on various KPIs at the lowest possible level of reporting hierarchy.
• Ensure data accuracy by analysing data from different sources along with previous trends and getting the same corrected in case of discrepancies through IT / development team.
• Identify regular reports and automate the execution and delivery of those reports.
• Provide ad-hoc / special reports and insights based on business requirement.
• Experience in data visualization and any of the visualization tools is an added advantage.
• Timely delivery of reports or analytical information.

• Master/Bachelor Degree in Computer science/ Business Information Technology or equivalent.
• More than 5 years of similar experience in analysis areas preferably in Sales & Distribution.
• Relevant Telecom experience with hands on knowledge in SQL, PSQL , Excel, VB etc.
• Experience in using any of the automation tools.
• Ability to deliver tasks on time and perform under pressure and strict timelines.
• Good in Data interpretation and Quantitative skills.
• Knowledge on Data Warehouse and BI solutions would be plus.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English language.
• Proactive and result-oriented team player with a positive attitude.
