ROLE PURPOSE

A SME Assistant Manager (Credit Risk Analysis) will be primarily monitoring of those Credit Analyst files submitted by team and in order to well-provide the decision makings and proposals to Senior Managements. Assistant Manager also willing to accomplish various kinds of projects and aggressively supportive to liaise with other Departments.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitoring of underwrote credit files to assess the financial conditions, repayment capacity and risks associated with personal cash flow, business cash flow and related financial statements.
  • Efficiently training the team members how to analyze the Financial Statements, Bank Statements, Sales Invoices, Business activities of Credit Customers to evaluate the degree of risk involved in lending money to them
  • Effectively communicate results of the underwriting in a written / verbal presentation for reviews regarding to Risks by the Credit Committee and Senior Management.
  • Assure all analysis and underwriting adapt to credit policy, banking regulations.
  • Perceptive to those responsibilities of accountable, monitoring and provide training to enhance team members’ performance and of course to the Department’s.
  • Problem-solving is also vital in Credit Managements and communicate with internal or external stakeholders
  • Perform additional assignments as necessary and willing to assist Senior Managers and Leadership’s appetite.

Essential

  • Knowing Financial Analytical Ratios in accordance of Credit risk is plus

Education & Special Training

Preferred

  • Holders of University Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics or other Quantitative fields.

Experience

Preferred

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years work experience conducting in Analysis/ underwriting of commercial loans

Languages

Essential

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills besides strong analytical, problem solving and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English presentation and communication
