Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Provide first and second level IT support to business users for daily.
  • Hardware installation, configuration, troubleshooting and problem resolution for system hardware and software.
  • Monitor and managing of infrastructure components such as server, storage, network (WAN, LAN, Firewalls, etc.) and workstations, as well as retails-specific infrastructure such as networks, wireless access points, mobile devices, payment terminals, printers, CCTV.
  • Manage user accounts, access rights.
  • Ensure daily backups are taken of the server and regular backups of required data including all necessary scheduled system checks.
  • Maintain IT inventory including scheduled checks.
  • Lead new IT infrastructure project and work together with regional technical team to complete the project.
  • Support the ongoing operations of the IT infrastructure and application system.
  • Monitors, tracks and manages daily operation issue and service request tickets resolution, user accounts and access rights for business applications.
  • Monitor and manage day to day support and request from users.
  • Monitor Coaches, supervise, and disciplines for junior team members.
  • Plans and provide training for business application users.
  • Create, update and maintain for technical guide and documentation.
  • Acts as formal point of contact/liaison and technical expert and coordinate and collaborate with functional users to resolve related to IT Infrastructure.
  • Ability to work outside of normal business hours to provide support as and when necessary, to resolve urgent operational issues or to complete project work within expected timeline.
  • Other ad-hoc IT duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Technology, Information Technology, or related fields (other degree holders with relevant job experience is also acceptable)
  • Minimum 3 year working experience in IT support within an IT department of medium to large organizations.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing and supporting desktop and laptop.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Office 365 Administration, Windows Server Administration, Microsoft Active Directory, Switching, Routing, VLAN and Firewall is essential.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of ITIL is essential.
  • Good experience in Project Management is essential
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • Manage external vendors relationships and services.
